PROCESSING TIME

Excluding holiday, orders are processed Monday – Friday, after payment has been confirmed.

Processing time is 1-2 business days depending on the product ordered. Orders received after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.

Weekend orders will be processed on the following business day.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM PST.

SHIPPING POLICY

Sew In and Go ships to all 50 states. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of receipt unless the product is labeled as backordered. USPS is our shipping carrier within the United States.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide us with a safe shipping address. Sew In and Go is not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address on the order. Upon inquiry, Sew In and Go will confirm the delivery address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the purchaser to file a claim with USPS Claims.

Sew In and Go is not responsible for packages that have incomplete, wrong or insufficient addresses provided to us by our customers. The shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for products delivered to the wrong address. Sew In and Go is not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you enter the incorrect shipping information you may try to correct the shipping information before the order is processed by immediately contacting customer service at sewinandgo@gmail.com. If you contact Sew In and Go after the order has shipped to the wrong address the package will have to be returned to us before we can ship to the correct address. Also, if a package is returned to Sew In and Go due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Sew In and Go is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sew In and Go stands behind the products we sell. We recognize that although our products have extremely high consumer satisfaction, our product may not work for everyone.

Within thirty (30) days of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with our product you may receive a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling). The product must have been purchased directly from Sew In and Go in order to be eligible for a refund. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies. Please contact them directly for their return policy.

To obtain the refund described above we must physically receive the return within the thirty (30) day period. The return must include the unused product, the receipt and a note containing your name, address and reason(s) for return.

We recommend using a courier that provides insured tracking services, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not properly returned.

Sew In and Go reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. This policy does not apply to t-shirts and other accessories and materials, which cannot be refunded since these items may only be submitted for an exchange.
